We are looking for an innovative, agile, data-oriented

Accounts Receivable Representative who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. You will be assisting our suite of Saas products with Subscription Management tasks, Invoicing and Billing processes, and Reconciling and Collecting open balances. Also, you will be proactively maintaining communications with customers and other teams for any Accounts Receivable related requests.

Besides the regular activities to maintain the on-going business operations, you will also support our team on continuous improvement projects. The AR team for our Saas offerings is in a very important phase of re-assessing and enhancing our processes, for that reason we are really looking for your dynamism.

DEPARTMENT: Finance

LOCATION: Remote - Brazil or Mexico

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

Work daily with the software NetSuite and SalesForce

Assist with subscription management to guarantee accurate invoicing and revenue recognition

Processing and submitting invoices

Maintaining customer profiles and billing information

Assist to create and update documentation of workflow processes

Constant communication with customers to resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivables reconciliation

YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE:

Fluent in English - verbal and written

Experience managing high volumes of multiple billing types including subscription, professional services, and usage-based billing at a US based company

2+ years of AR experience, including: billing, invoicing, collections, cash application

Excel & Google Spreadsheets

Knowledge of Netsuite and/or other accounting based platforms (preferable)

Knowledge of Salesforce main objects (preferable)
