The Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and recruit a team of highly skilled mobile engineers. You are comfortable working in a rapid environment and thrive when challenged with solving complex problems. In this role, your focus will be creating amazing software solutions for our customers and making a positive impact on people’s daily lives.

What You'll Do

Recruit, challenge, and reward high-performing individuals to help them achieve their full potential

Lead development, take ownership of key product features, and ensure to deliver with speed and quality

Provide leadership in iteratively defining & refining development processes as your team grows

Work in an agile, small team environment within a highly successful Cloud company that is growing fast

Directly collaborate with all product stakeholders and drive multiple features to successful delivery

Be a trusted partner for senior management to determine best solutions, help drive alignment, and implement decisions throughout your team

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering management experience using an agile development process

5+ years building applications for the iOS ecosystem

Strong Object-oriented background

Strong understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines

Experience with mobile resource management and performance tuning

Experience working with iOS frameworks (Core Data, SQLite, Core Animation)

Experience building high-performance teams

Strong communication skills

Experience with Agile methodologies

Compensation

Base pay: $90,000 - $250,000

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
