Senior Director of Global Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and build the operational engine powering Wing's drone delivery at scale across US metros.
• Architect and optimize a scalable physical delivery model with multi-site operations.
• Oversee hybrid workforce (FTEs and contractors) and integrate AI workflows into ground execution.
• Drive expansion into new markets, regulatory compliance, and partnerships with retailers and QSRs.
• Align operations with aviation safety, EHS, and local site safety protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• 25+ years in progressive operational leadership for hyper-growth, multi-site networks.
• Strong P&L, unit economics, labor scheduling, and cost-per-delivery management.
• Experience scaling distributed field operations with contractors, vendors, 3PLs, and FTEs.
• Proven track record integrating technology/AI into workflows to boost efficiency and uptime.
• Ability to balance safety/compliance with aggressive growth; cross-functional partnership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or equivalent.
