The

Payment Performance Associate will be responsible for supporting the performance of our payment service providers (PSPs) and identifying ways to improve the payment performance for the capital.com group.

Responsibilities:

  • Report Generation – timely and accurate delivery of Daily/Weekly/Monthly payment performance reports
  • Performance Analysis – Daily analysis of our payment performance and making necessary enhancements to payment processes across multiple countries.
  • This will include:

  • Improving deposit authorisation rates
  • Analysing negative reviews from our customers to payments
  • Analysing any payment complaints from our customers
  • Reducing the number of withdraws processed as refunds.
  • Work with our fraud reporting officer and identify ways to enhance ways to reduce payment fraud risk.
  • Fee Analysis – Analyse the fees being charged by our PSPs compared to the fees that capital.com are expecting to pay. Identify/Challenge any differences.
  • Requirements:

  • Strong Excel knowledge essential
  • Understanding of the Fintech industry.
  • Great to have:

  • Prior Experience analysing payment performance
  • Understanding of Customer Payments
  • Prior Experience working within the financial services industry.
