- Support annual, quarterly, and monthly planning for headcount, T&E, and discretionary spending for GTM
- Meet regularly with the department leaders to understand budget vs. actual tracking and calibration
- Analyze sales performance (attainment / productivity, CAC payback) and marketing performance (funnel conversion and ROI)
- Updating and distributing reports to ClickUp's investors
- Build and maintain financial models within ClickUp's financial reporting system, Pigment
- Work as a part of the broader Strategic Finance team to understand the company’s financials, analytics, and help the organization to scale thoughtfully
- 3+ years of professional experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, or other relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
- Mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Suite with proven experience in building financial models and managing complex data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into easily digestible pieces
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels of management and cross-functionally
- Ability to provide recommendations to drive execution and decision-making; you are seen as a trusted and objective advisor
- Solid understanding of common financial reporting tools (e.g. NetSuite, Anaplan, Pigment, Looker, etc.)
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos, etc.)
- Experience in or understanding of a product led growth software business model
Salary Range: $85,000 - $109,000 (base pay)
