As we continue our product-fueled growth by adding new features and broadening our solution to meet the needs of the global market, it's clear there's a missing piece. That's where you come in!

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Manager to develop the end-to-end operational function of the selling motion, pipeline management, and other aspects of the sales process. The Sr. Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing the success of the sales team by managing sales goals, projections, and processes. The duties include creating and implementing sales processes, supporting and enabling frontline sales teams to sell, and planning and strategizing sales goals.

You Will:

  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and goal achievement 
  • Identify gaps, needs, opportunities, formulate recommended solutions, and develop ROI calculations and implementation plans
  • Launch innovative processes that generate significant ROI for the company
  • Create, monitor and optimize lead assignment, routing and pipeline management workflows and automations that drive team effectiveness
  • Define and manage reports and dashboards that effectively communicate sales performance, partnering closely with sales management to ensure the outcome aligns with business needs
  • Support the management, implementation, and troubleshooting tech stack integrations
  • Effectively communicate process changes and recommendations within the company, and manage process documentation
  • Produce and review actionable and accurate sales reporting for reps, managers sales leaders, and executive team
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and managers on developing, delivering, and implementing enablement and materials on best practices, updates, and tool usage
  • Execute routine cross-functional cadences to facilitate problem solving and resolution, as well as sharing updates on both planned and ad-hoc work
  • Partner with sales and marketing to enhance  productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying process and evaluating new tools
  • Execute monthly sales commission process
  • Conduct analyses via Tableau and other BI tools and synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements:

  • 8+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration
  • An active Salesforce Administrator certificate 
  • Experience utilizing APIs to integrate SFDC with MarTech and other internal tools
  • Expertise in writing and executing Apex code
  • Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager or similar role in Sales Management
  • Track-record of working in a matrixed environment for positive outcomes across a variety of internal teams
  • Effective communicator, facilitator and collaborator
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that is constantly seeking creative solutions and proactively identifying new areas of improvements
  • Significant hands-on experience implementing and optimizing processes, procedures and tools
  • Adaptable in rapidly changing environments with a high degree of comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookups, xmatch, data modeling, etc.) and experience with Google applications and Tableau 
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills, with a focus on driving initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a sense of integrity and appreciation for confidentiality issues
  • The ability to work mostly in an EST time zone environment

U.S. hiring salary range

$111,000

$130,500 USD

The hiring base pay is dependent upon many factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and/or geographic location. As a fully remote company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets.
