As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead all aspects of Rockset’s customer acquisition and growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase awareness, engage our audience and capture demand, all of which are critical to Rockset’s ability to hit our growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement growth marketing strategies across demand creation, engagement and nurture, and demand capture.
  • Drive volume to Rockset’s website by leveraging a mix of channels: ads, social media, influencer marketing, content distribution and newsletters.
  • Nurture our audience using retargeting and email marketing to increase engagement and likelihood of conversion
  • Optimize website for conversion of visitors into trial users and hand-raisers
  • Continuously test, measure and improve the quality of campaigns to maximize growth while optimizing costs.
  • You'd be a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years in growth marketing for SaaS or software companies
  • Experience driving successful growth strategies targeting developers
  • Core expertise in digital marketing, such as paid programs, website optimization and SEO
  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000/year to $165,000/year + equity +benefits.

    The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s level and location. This range represents base salary only.
