This is a hybrid position at The Foundry, BGC, Taguig City (at least 2 days a month onsite)

The Vendor Registration Coordinator will help customers onboard the company as a vendor. This role will also register for and manage customer portals that are used for invoice submissions. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities and skills.

What does a day in the life of a Vendor Registration Coordinator look like?

  • Provides support to customer vendor onboarding process for portal registration, invoice submission and processing.
  • Provides auxiliary admin support to AR team to perform collections and AR-related admin work.
  • Perform billing admin tasks and Response Desk-admin tasks based defined requirements in Finance-Accounting organizational processes.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Do a reconciliation of accounts or research, data hygiene, and other projects related to Finance Accounting organization.
  • Coordinate resolution of customer disputes
  • Prepare or update tracking reports/notes in company systems – SFDC/NetSuite/Intact/Other Payment Portals
  • What are the required qualifications of a Vendor Registration Coordinator?

  • Must have at least 1-2 yr. experience in customer vendor registration work, collecting from corporate customers, or performs billing admin support related to customer invoicing/billing
  • Experience with various billing, collections, and customer vendor registration process
  • Good working knowledge of Accounts Receivables (AR), Vendor registration and payment portal management.
  • Good understanding of Business to Business (B2B) collections concepts, billing concepts, and invoice payment process.
  • Ability to the manages volume of accounts and work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Proficient in using MS Excel
  • Act with a high sense of urgency, proactive, self-starter adapts well to a fast-paced environment, and has a growth mindset.
  • Strong attention to details, process-oriented, ability to navigate resources and process to resolve any internal and customer issues, solution-oriented
  • Highly organize and adept in time management.
  • Good communication skills, both in spoken and written
