We’re a diverse team of professionals, academics, and advisors with experience from leading institutions such as the Euronext Stock Exchange, JPMorgan Chase, Qualcomm, ConsenSys, and Sony. Our global foundation is located in Switzerland, however we are a remote first company and you’ll be joining a globally distributed team distributed across over 29 countries!

What we're looking for
As SupraOracles gears up for an exciting phase of expansion, we are on the lookout for an Ecosystem Lead with a strategic vision to strengthen our team. At the heart of our mission, we're pioneering the next generation of oracle solutions to enhance blockchain technology, providing swift, accurate, and secure off-chain data vital for smart contracts and blockchain applications. This pivotal role involves engaging with both emerging and established Web3 projects and companies, facilitating the adoption of SupraOracles' innovative products within their operations.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the lead generation landscape and the acumen to identify and foster potential partnerships. As an Ecosystem Lead, you'll enjoy the autonomy to steer these initiatives in a supportive environment that values strategic growth and professional development. Responsibilities
- Foster and manage relationships with L1/L2 ecosystems with the goal of promoting the awareness and adoption of Supra’s services
- Act as one of the main points of contact for the Supra Affiliates program, to review inbound dapp referrals, communicate with Affiliates and dapps, and conduct product training to enhance the retail salesforce
- Apply for grants and create proposals on behalf of Supra
- Drive technical discussions and Supra product integrations with dapps, by identifying pain points, oracle needs, and benefits of Supra’s services
- Provide general support and communication to prospective users and integrated users, and when applicable - node operators
- Escalate relevant technical and troubleshooting issues to the internal product and engineering team
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in DeFi, GameFi, and cross-chain verticals, as well as the competitor landscape
- Deliver product feedback to the internal product team to improve products, communicate market needs, inform new features, and stay in sync about technical roadmap
- Communicate with the developer relations team to guide in-demand use cases for developer content
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, and events team members to plan and assist with conference side events, live and virtual webinars and hackathons
Are you the right person for this role?
The ideal candidate for us has:
- A Bachelor’s degree or work experience in sales, growth, product, or software engineering
- Experience working in one or more of these verticals: DeFi, GameFi, Web3 infrastructure, L1/L2 blockchain
- Successful track record in owning and leading projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, organization skills, and initiative
